  1. My printer is offline, how can I bring it back online? When you press print or give some command to your printer to print something, but instead of giving you prints it says your printer is offline. Whenever, a printer goes offline within a network, its stops you from completing print jobs. To remove Printer Is Offline issue from its root, you need to take support from well-known tech experts. Basically, the issue is that your computer and printer both are not connected properly or something is blocking the communication. It could be just a matter of network problem, loose cables, or printer is not turned on. To fix all these issues and bring printer back online you need to follow some basic instructions. So, let’s begin:  Ensure all the cables are properly connected at the both ends and the printer is turned on. If this is a network printer, then ensure it is securely connected within its network. Select control panel from the windows start button and then choose devices and printers from the hardware and sound. A new window will pop-up that shows all the printers which are connected on your computer. Double click on your offline printer. A new window will come up, from its menu bar click on the printer and then scroll down to connect. If the problem still not solved, then turn off both printer and computer.
