FOR PLANNING PURPOSES, IT WAS AGREED THAT DIVISION IAA HIDDEN COST MUST BE PLANNED FOR. THEREFORE, THE PLANNED START UP BUDGET IS BETWEEN $2 TO $2.5 MILLION.
