  2. Competitiveness and findings The competitiveness of eastern European countries is pretty low, because the don’t have lots of brands like western Europe and USA plus the production is not as cheap as in china, Besides the ideology of eastern Europe was highly influenced by communistic ideology, which was destructive for businesses. The thinking style of older generation in eastern europe, I infulenced by comunistic ideology and its really hard to change there thinking style, these are people who have controll on economy of these countrys, the positive stuff about it is that these older generation is dieng out and the youndg generation is gaining control.

  3. ` Bata is one of the companies in eastern Europe which is known globally, the company is pretty old, in my opinion this is the reason of companies popularity, there are really few young companies in eastern Europe which are popular around the world.

  4. Highlits and discussions The problem which eastern Europe is facing now days can be solved. First and the main thing that is mandatory to do is to make students motivated university should engage them in projects that will be profitable for  university and interesting for students. Challenging business problems and making innovative projects will promote as the university so the students. The winner of course should be awarded. Really nice thing about this program is that you can make it mandatory in university and this will make students participate. In other words every  student will have to write the project or a business solution, but the quality of this projects will be driven not by long run as it is in getting a job after university this gives students  opportunity of getting a DREAM JOB in short run period so their motivation will of course rise. In future the solutions can be sold to companies, business ideas could be implemented by the university. Another important thing about this program is that the ideas and solutions written should be put in practice by the authors. The international program CESIM fits greatly to my project. http://www.cesim.com  The program will  increase the demand of the  university, and will also promote its popularity by making reasonable changing's in solving business problems and becoming innovative. This would be great experience for the business school students. Its a real life project making. A wise man said: "Brand building is about winning hearts and minds." Can you imagine how many hearts and minds can we win.

  5. Highlights and discussions. Situation in eastern Europe. Let’s make Eastern Europe Work. Political and economic conditions are good and continue to improve. Democratic changes are effectively promoted. including deregulated labor markets, and increased economic collaboration thanks to which Eastern Europe becomes more accessible, The region also combines low labor costs with good infrastructure. Eastern Europe will continue to grow as a tourist destination in the next couple of years. And due to cheaper prices, rich histories, and short travel times, Eastern Europe will be marked as interesting destination for foreign clients. These countries are open minded and they grow closer to the West. They welcome international brands like Hugo Boss, Zara, McDonald's, and many others that have launched their brands across the region.

  6. Solvibg The Challenge Eastern European companies should introduce there brands to the new markets this will rise demand on these companies products, they’ll become trustworthy and their product will become popular, by advertising and having good quality. The companies should consider what is necessary to be successful locally and globally. There rebranding should be focused more on Global view and serving product should be better. Brand values should be maximized Pitfalls should be observed and avoided. This shouldn’t be like a one-off exercise, the process should be cautious and planned carefully
