  3. What Is “Club Visioning”? • A dynamic tool that helps define a shared vision for your Club. • It generates shared commitment and creates a framework to establish goals & objectives. • It ensures everyone is pulling in the same direction with a common destination in mind.

  4. Why Is A Vision Needed? A vision supports continuity, enables consistency and leads to consensus. It leads to a multi-year coordinated plan instead of annual cycles of “re-inventing the wheel”. Encourages new leaders in the Club to step forward.

  5. Start with the “End” in mind…. SUCCESSFUL CLUBS • Sustain and increase membership • Implement successful service projects • Support The Rotary Foundation • Develop leaders in the club and beyond
