  1. 肯氏蒲桃葉之鞣質成份研究 • 肯氏蒲桃、(Syzygium cumini(L)Skeels)屬於桃金 科(Myrtaceae) 植物,為常綠闊葉喬木,主要分布於雲南,廣東,臺灣等地。根據文獻記載,肯氏蒲桃臨果實,種子,花及葉子均可供藥用,并含有豐富之鞣質,近年來有關臨鞣質之研究有相當進展,不論在化學方面,新化合物合成之發現或者要藥理作用之探討均有輝煌之成果。臺灣位處於亞熱帶之海島,植物資源相當豐富,為探討臺灣含鞣質植物之資源而進行本研究,故本研究乃針對肯氏蒲葉的鞣質成份作一有系統的成份分析,經由各種column chromatography 之分離,純化出十一種成份,經光譜分析及化學反應,分別確認為:Gallic acid(SC-1),Methyl gallate(SC-2),6-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose(SC-3),3-Methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol l-O-β-D-(6-O-galloyl)-gluco-pyranoside(SC-4),B-ergenin(SC-5),6-O-galloylbergenin(SC-6),6-O-galloylnorbergenin(SC-7),2? A3-hexahydroxydiphemoyl(HHDP)-D-glucose(SC-8),Castalin(SC-9),Casuariin(SC-10),Gallocatechin(SC-11)。
