  2. Director’s Message The Philadelphia Area Chapter Meeting Professionals International (PAMPI) is pleased to provide many Sponsorship and Advertising opportunities throughout the year. A PAMPI Sponsorship enables your Organization to gain visibility of your product and services to hundreds of Philadelphia Area Meeting Professionals, as well as to build your company’s image; and to link your brand with buyers in the meeting and events industry. PAMPI is proud to serve as the Region’s best resource for the Meeting and Events Industry as well as the voice of the “Meetings” profession. PAMPI - DEMOGRAPHICS The Philadelphia Area Chapter MPI, was established on June 9, 1978 and is one of the top ten largest MPI Chapters in the world. 85% of PAMPI’s 500 plus Members are located in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks Counties in Pennsylvania and Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Gloucester, and Mercer Counties in New Jersey.* The remaining 15% of the Members come from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, and even Ontario, Canada. * As of June 2013

Advertising Overview Advertising opportunities in digital and printed formats give your product excellent exposure to our influential Membership through the website or in various printed and digital marketing vehicles. With various formats that fit any special marketing needs and budgets, your Advertising message is delivered consistently and professionally to the Members. • THE WEBSITE (www.pampi.org): The Website offers Member easy access to valuable information; and has an average of 2,500 hits per month by Members and industry professionals throughout the Tri-State Area. All advertisements appear on the navigation bar, and will cycle from one to the next every 8 seconds in order to ensure that visitors to the site will see your ad no matter what page they are viewing. What’s more, advertising rates include an optional link to your web site. • THE PULSE : The Electronic Newsletter, keeps Members and Prospective Members apprised of Chapter news, upcoming events and Member achievements. Because it is published weekly, you have the opportunity to feature seasonal and timely offers about your product to more than 500 Planner and Supplier Members. • MPI to EYE : The Electronic Magazine, is published four times per year, is sent to more than 500 Planner and Supplier Members, and is available for download on www.pampi.org. • MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY: The Directory is produced annually and is used consistently by all Members to locate fellow PAMPI Planners and Suppliers. Advertising in this printed Directory is a great way to generate business by having your Company’s advertisement seen by more than 500 of the Region’s Meeting Planners and Suppliers. (Please see the separate section on the PAMPI website for Directory Advertising information.)

  10. Advertising- The Website Website The Chapter Website www.pampi.org, has over 1,500 visitsper month. Take advantage of this great exposure by placing an advertisement on the Website. All advertisements will appear on the navigation bar and includes a link to your website. Rates • All rates are net, non-commissionable Specifications • Top and bottom banner ads should be 468 x 60 pixels in size, either in .gif or .jpg formats (both regular and animated, not Flash compatible). • Side banner ads should be 125 x 125 pixels in size, either in .gif or .jpg formats (not animated, not Flash compatible). • Banners ads are linked to your website, don’t forget to include URL information with form. • Send all ads to Ms. Drew Boslow with the Advertising – The Website Order Form.

  12. Advertising – The Magazine Magazine MPI to EYE is PAMPI’s official publication serving the tri-state area, and is published digitally four times a year. The Magazine focuses on interests, concerns, and opinions of the Membership at the Chapter level. Articles reflect the chapter’s goals to promote the professional development and education of its Members, through discussion of chapter programs as well as relevant issues in the industry as a whole. The magazine is distributed to over 500 Meeting Professionals. 47% of the chapter’s Members are Planners responsible for large scale, highly professional meetings locally, across the country, and internationally. Rates • Receive member rate, advertiser must be MPI member in good standing with membership dues paid. • Advertisers taking two or more consecutive issues will receive a 5% discount. • Place a magazine ad and website banner and receive a 15% discount on both.

Advertising – The Magazine - Specifications • Sending Files/Graphics • Please send Acrobat PDF files (300 dpi) with all font families and graphic linked, not embedded. • If you intend to make use of the link to your company’s website please be sure to fill in the space available. • Advertising Conditions: • No space reservations will be accepted without a signed insertion order and payment. • Advertisers and their agencies assume full responsibility for content and accuracy. • Cancellations or changes must be received in writing 15 days prior to artwork due date. • Advertising rates are non-commissionable. • Payment is due with artwork. Advertisers and agencies are jointly responsible for payment of all contracted advertisements. • PAMPI will send tear sheet upon request. • PAMPI reserves the right to cancel an ad for an advertiser with a delinquent bill. • PAMPI reserves the right to reject any materials it deems to be detrimental to its interests. • Additional pre-press time for advertisements received that require special attention will be invoiced separately. • PAMPI assumes no responsibility for alterations.
