  2. Tips To Reduce Your Risk Of Breast Cancer If your smoke, please quit. Control your weight.  Be more active. Pick an activity that you like and will enjoy. Examples are walking, dancing, swimming, bike riding, yoga, and aerobics, to name a few. Eat healthy foods. Eat more fruits and vegetables in their natural state. Smoothies, salads, wild-caught seafood, and spices are anti-inflammatory foods.  Limit Alcohol. Get your screenings, especially your yearly mammograms.  Manage your stress, or it will manage you! If you have unforgiveness in your heart, please let it go, or the bitterness will eat you alive!

  3. How To Manage Stress First, you have to identify those things that are causing the stress. You are responsible for your own reactions. If you can’t change it, don’t sweat it. Don’t live in your past because the past is over. Only focus on the things you can change today. Focus on solutions and not the problems. If you focus on the problems, you won’t move forward. Try to gain a sense of control so you can reduce the stress. We all have negative thoughts. It is in our DNA. You can re-program your mind to think good thoughts. It will take some practice to achieve this skill. Keep trying and never give up. You can control your thoughts.

According to the CDC, heart disease is the number one cause of death in the United States.
