Increased its self-manufactured product sales from $30 million to more than $250 million in five years.  Oversaw the start-up and design of 3 sites that include a full-service dairy.  Timely and successful startup of an artisan bread bakery.  Successfully managed a dairy business merger and acquisition. Also, led to capital improvements and positive business changes that resulted in lower costs.  Improved employee development process, developed a comprehensive HR plan and developed incentives which drove behaviors as well as results.  Provided guidance to all the sites to SQF level 3 Certification.  Increased profit by 300% at ongoing sites by implementing six sigma principles focused on labor productivity and yield as well as establishing clear metrics plus goals.
