  2. Welcome! Tonight: Carefully back to hotel – do not walk too far….

  3. Thursday morning Dress code: Casual Train leave 0840 «sharp»! Be there 0825. No seat reservation. Walking distance about 25 minutes – weather forecast: Hence, Taxi reservations made at 0800. (Admiral guests to book via reception) Train arrive 0954. Local train - No drinks/meals onboard

  4. Thursday morning, cont. Hotel NHC Train

  5. At Voss Distance from train to Hotel: approx 56 meter No time to check-in – straight to conference room.

  6. Agenda at Hotel

  7. After conference 1700 – 1745: Check-in if not done during lunch or breaks. Preparation for transport to dinner. Dress code: Casual. 1745 – 1800: Bus transport from outside hotel. 1800 – 2330: Dinner 2330 – 2345: Bus return to hotel
