  12. Grab Attention You need to wake them up Don’t waste time telling me your name – I am not listening to you I have heard a few people before you and I want to check my Facebook on my phone…. So, use a question: Why do 80% of companies fail within 2 years, and are you the 20% ?

  13. Filter To make the chosen few pay attention You have my attention, but I only want the select few to listen. If they know they are the group, they will listen more Help them understand why they need to listen So, If you are a high tech company, incubation is key

  14. Inform It keeps the attention going Now tell them how you help them, why you are important So… Because, out of all companies that are in incubation, over 80% are still alive after two years.

  15. Action The call to arms… You need to tell them what they need to do next. Make it easy to understand So.. You need to speak to me to see if we can take your company through incubation
