  3. Church Current Situation • Adult attendance: 100-130 • Children: 40-45 • Youth: 10-15 • Church Members: 110 • Regular Members attendance: 60-70 • Each year baptized members: 5-10 • Sunday school and Worship: • Adult - Elementary • Youth - Preschool • Middle

Church Member Projection • Per 1990 Census, Chinese 2,201 , 0.25% of County population • Per 2000 Census, Chinese 3,722, 0.33% of County population • Our adult congregation is around 110, about 4% of Chinese pop. • By 2025, County’s projected population = 1,798,700 • Assuming the share growth .08% grows every ten years • By 2025, Chinese would comprise 0.53% of the County’s pop. • *In 20 years, by 2025, Chinese population in Palm Beach County: • 1,798,700 x .53% = 9,533

Church Member Projection • Assuming an optimistic 5-6% conversion rate, Christian in 20 years will be 477-572 • (This means every year we add 24-29 members to the church.) • Assuming a realistic 3% conversion rate, Chinese Christian in 20 years will be 286 note: This increasing share growth of Chinese Pop is very optimistic, even if we expect that the Scripps Institute, FAU, and in growthing industrial will bring in Chinese Scientist, skill tech, and students. Therefore, the 9,533 Pop figure is perhaps the ceiling in 20 years in the PBC.

  6. Expansion of Existing Building • Sewer hook-up: Gulfstream Plaza or wait for the neighbors to develop first • Drainage and storm water retention • Buffer wall in minimum 6 feet high • Restrooms expansion • A/C and electricity lines need to be realigned or capacity expanded
