Theme: Utilization of Education, Training, R&D and Planning • Indonesia has just elapsed from human rights, environmental and democratic stadiums. • However, there are earthquake and tsunami victims, fuel price increased and border conflicts as potential threat. • In line with UN World Summit on the Information Society(WSIS) 2003 – 2005, what should be the next future opportunity are international standards www.itu.int/wsis. • Thus, today is the stadium of intellectual property.
