2012 Plan Year Changes • Unum STD premium decreases to 71¢ per $100 coverage (from 84¢) • Hartford STD premium decreases to 69¢ per $100 coverage (from 70¢) • Health Savings Account (if enrolled in Aetna HSA Option medical plan) • Annual maximum combined EE and ER contribution increases to: • $3,100 for single coverage level (from $3,050) • $6,250 for all other coverage levels (from $6,150) • Annual university contribution increases to: • $720 for single coverage level (from $504) • $1,440 for all other coverage levels (from $976)

What’s Changing • Effective January 1, 2012, the AZ minimum wage will increase to $7.65 per hour • Updated posters and information will be posted online in the beginning of December @ cfo.asu.edu/hr-compliance • Postings will need to be posted before January 1, 2012
