  7. Minister of the Environment • Keit Pentus-Rosimannus • Keit Pentus-Rosimannus has been the Minister of the Environment since April 2011. Before that, from 2009 to 2011 she was the first Vice-President of the 11th Riigikogu. In the same composition of the Riigikogu Keit was also the Chairperson of the Reform Party faction. She has been a member of the Reform Party since 1998, also leading the party as Vice-Chairperson.

  8. Minister of Culture • Urve Tiidus • As of 04 December 2013, Urve Tiidus is the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Estonia. She is a member of the Estonian Reform Party. • From 2011-2013 Urve Tiidus was a Member of the 12th Riigikogu and served on the Riigikogu's European Union Affairs Committee and the Finance Committee. • From 2005-2011 Urve Tiidus served as the Mayor of Kuressaare. • From 2001-2005 Tiidus worked in the news division of AS Kanal 2 as an editor and news anchor.
