  29. 2.4 2016/17 - 2018/19 USDG TARGETS: BASIC SERVICES • Number of water service points to be installed for informal settlement dwellers within a 200m radius - 125544 • Number of additional households provided with water connections( level of service 1:10) - 3600 households • Number of sanitation service points (toilets) to be installed for informal settlement dwellers( level of services 1:5) • Number of additional households provided with sewer connections – 3600 households • Number of additional households provided with access to weekly refuse removal • 50 % of households are targeted to have access to weekly refuse removal in 2016/17; 70% in 2017/18; and 85% in 2018/19

  30. 2.4 2016/17 - 2018/19 USDG TARGETS: BASIC SERVICES • Number of households living in informal areas with access to solid waste removal service – 100% of households are targeted to have access to solid waste removal service throughout the MTREF • Number of basic services( water, sanitation and refuse removal) planned to be provided on an individual household 1-1 basis - 113 informal settlements are planned to be provided with minimum basic services; and 240L rollout of waste bins is targeted for 264 000 households
