Leptin Receptor Expression in C2C12 Myocytes and Skeletal Muscle

This study presents Western blot analyses of leptin receptor (OB-R) in C2C12 myocytes and skeletal muscle, showing a 130 kDa band detected consistently. The experiments used duplicate sample preparation and a polyclonal antibody against the functional leptin receptor, OB-Rb. This provides valuable insights into leptin receptor expression in muscle cells.
