  7. Global Exotics Board Replacement Cut the marked area taking care not to damage adjacent boards

  8. Global Exotics Board Replacement After all cuts are made remove the center, both end pieces and sides pieces of the damaged board.

The original material is 9.5 mm and the new material is 10.5mm. The base ply of the product needs to be modified with a sander. Removing 1mm from the bottom ply.
