  1. Consider Control Of Your Depression With These Ideas An emotional memory can easily come into play in 2 methods. It can possibly be remembered but interpreted as unpleasant or it may be remembered and interpreted as unpleasant, because of the way the event was experienced. In the very first occasion the memory or experience can be of no great value and in the second instance it can be a big problem. It is when there is a conflict between the memory and what is happening in your life that you can start to find yourself in a situation of emotional memory. This can sometimes be very hard to deal with. The problem can be either a personal or family related issue. Also it is highly likely that Havening therapy will help you. It has been suggested that the 'comfort zone' has to do with an individual's ability to cope with, understand and manage distressing and traumatic experiences. It has been suggested that when you are in the comfort zone your defenses are down so you are less likely to dwell on, revisit or even recall the experience. You don't have to ruminate on it as much and that can keep the emotion subdued. There can be a downside to this. , if you are in the comfort zone you can lose the ability to understand the more complex situation you have been thrown into.. You start to think it is an ordinary experience and you can lose the ability to understand or understand what happened or the impact that it is having on you. I know some people don't see any downside to the emotional memory, that you can just ignore what happened because that's what they say, they don't really mean it. My experience with these people is that they can bring me down in a way that is hurtful and can put me off them. They can also put me off. Sometimes I know it's the emotional memory but I just feel a bit down anyway. They tend to take me down in a bad way. It's easy to think that the situation is just happening to you and not that it is a more complex situation that you have been put into. There is nothing wrong with the emotional memory. But if you live with an attitude that everything is an ordinary experience and not with a healthy attitude then you have a better chance of getting through these things. When people think things are ordinary experiences they become very insecure. It's easy to think things are ordinary experiences when you are in the comfort zone. If you are in a better position to see that what happened was more complex and that there are issues, then you will have the ability to not dwell on the situation and not let it continue to define your behaviour. It's easier for me to remember to do it this way so I will here is the habit of remembering the complex way will be different. It's easy to think things are ordinary experiences when you are in the comfort zone. In the coping strategies section you will see how to change your attitude is a habit. You will start to take steps to cope or prevent with the trauma. Remember, the more we accept the reality of the situation the more it will continue to define our behaviour and we will continue to fail in coping with the crisis.
