Page 2 New Online Password Reset Process Based on customer feedback and to ensure a higher level of security for account information, the eAuthentication team is introducing a redesigned online password reset process that works without use of the 4 digit pin. In order to use this new process, you will be asked to populate 6 security questions and the answers will be used to verify your identity if you forget your password in the future. To access: 1). go to AgLearn at www. Aglearn.usda.govand login. 2). Click on the “Student” login link. 3). The eAuthentication screen will appear, click continue and follow the steps.
