  1. Journey to Jesus

  2. For with God nothing shall be impossible. She bought forth her first born son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manager, because there was no room for them in the inn.

  3. You are like the inn keeper, will you have room for Him in your life?

  4. He grew and waxed strong in spirit, filled himself with wisdom and the grace of God was upon Him.

  5. Are you continually striving to live so the spirit can teach you?Be willing to work diligently and make sacrifices to obtain learning?

  6. He came from Galilee to Jordan unto John to be baptized of him. But John forbad Him, saying “I have need to be baptized of thee, and comes thou to me? He answered unto him, Suffer it to be so now: For thus it becometh us to fulfill all righteousness. When He was baptized went up straightway out of the water, and lo, the heavens were opened unto Him and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting upon Him. And lo a voice from heaven saying, “This is my beloved son whom I am well pleased.”

  7. Are you living your baptismal covenants? Can your Heavenly Father say to you, “This is my Beloved Son or Daughter, whom I am well pleased?

  8. As He was full of the Holy Ghost He returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness. Beginning forty days tempted by the devil, He did eat nothing.

  9. Do you obey the law of the fast so you can overcome Satan’s temptation?

  10. Walking by the sea of Galilee, He saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishers. And He saith unto them, follow me and I will make you fishers of men. And they straightway left their nets and followed me.

  11. Are you willing to leave your “nets” cell phones, computerized games, Ipods, Ipads, internet, activities, and families to serve and follow Him?

  12. And seeing the multitudes, He went up into a mountain and when He was set, His disciples came unto Him and He opened his mouth and taught them, saying, “Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

  13. Are you using the talents that Heavenly Father has given you? Or are you hiding them under a bushel so no one will see them? Are you lighting the way for others to see?

  14. He sat over against the treasury and behold how the people cast money into the treasury; and many that were rich cast in much. And there came a certain poor widow and she three in two mites, which makes a farthing. And He called unto them, His disciples and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, that this poor widow hast cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury.

  15. Do you give your all?Do you pay an honest tithing?

  16. And as they were eating, He took bread, and blessed it and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat this is my body. And He took the cup and gave thanks, and gave it to them saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remissions of sins.

  17. Are you making it to your Sacrament Meeting to partake of this special covenant? Are you renewing your baptismal covenants each week? Are you truly remembering Him?

  18. He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself. After that He poureth water into a basin, and began to wash the disciples’ feet and to wipe them with the towel wherewith He was girded. For He have given you an example, that ye should do as he has done to you. Verily, Verily I say unto you. The servants is not greater than His Lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him. If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them. A new commandment I give unto you. That ye love one another as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have loved one to another

  19. Can men see and know that you are my disciples by the service and love you render?

  20. He came out, and went to the mount of Olives; and my disciples also followed Him. And when He was at the place. He said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation. And He was withdrawn from them about a stone’s cast, and kneeled down, and prayed. Saying Father, If thou be willing, remove this cup from me; nevertheless not my will but thine be done. And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening me. And being in an agony He prayed more earnestly: and His sweat were as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. And when He rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, He found them sleeping for sorrow, and He said unto them, Why sleep ye? Rise and Pray lest ye enter into temptation.

  21. He promises you forgiveness if you will do what is required. Satan wants you to think that you cannot repent but that is absolutely not true! He did this for you! You can be cleansed from your sins if you repent! HE LOVES YOU!

  22. For this end was He born, and for this cause came He into the world, that He should bear witness unto the truth. Everyone that is of the truth heareth his voice. And when they were come to the place which is call Calvary, here they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand and the other on the left Then said, He, Father forgive them: for they know not what they do.

  23. Do You forgive others?

  24. To find the Savior we must live the way He wants us to live. He will help us become all we can be. Be true in all circumstances. The authorities of the Church will lead you in paths of happiness. Be grateful for your membership in God’s great kingdom.
