Dodd introduced in August (S1619) Integrated housing, transportation , community development projects • Authorize $100 million for comprehensive planning grants • Authorize $3.75 billion (3 years) for Challenge Grants • Create the Office of Sustainable Communities at HUD • Establish an Interagency Council on Sustainable Communities
