Psalms 139:7-12 7. Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? 8. If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. 9. If I take the wings of the morning, And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, 10. Even there Your hand shall lead me, And Your right hand shall hold me. 11. If I say, "Surely the darkness shall fall on me," Even the night shall be light about me; 12 Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You, But the night shines as the day; The darkness and the light are both alike to You.
The Judgment Day Each Individual will be Judged
“So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” Romans 14:12 “For we must all be made manifest before the judgment-seat of Christ; that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he hath done, whether it be good or bad.” 2 Cor. 5:10

The Judgment Day Judged by What we Fail to do
James 4:17 “To him therefore that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” (ASV) Matt. 25 - One talent man He did not misuse, steal, throw it away He did not use it at all Luke 10 - Good Samaritan Man left half dead on side of road Levite and Priest passed by and did nothing
Matt. 25:34 “Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:”
Matt. 25:41 “Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:”
Why ? Not because of something they had done But because of what they left undone Judged by What we Fail to do
The Judgment Day Judged by Our Opportunities
Matthew 11:21-22 “Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. 22. But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.
Matthew 10:14-15 “And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. 15. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.” Why ? These cities had opportunities that Sodom and Gomorrah did not have.

The Judgment Day The Judgment will be Final
There will be no appeal There will be no miscarriage of justice Will be judged by what we did in the flesh Eternal life or Eternal Death “will render to every man according to his works:” Rom. 2:6 Rev. 20:15 “…if any was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.”
Rev. 6:15-17 “And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16. And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17. For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
