  3. Saskatchewan SR&ED Tax Credits CRA manages the R&D tax credit for Saskatchewan. The Saskatchewan R&D tax credit can be claimed by any corporation established in Saskatchewan performing SR&ED and is qualified to claim the federal SR&ED tax credit. Canadian-controlled private corporations(CCPCs) are eligible for a 10% refundable tax credit for eligible expenses.

  4. British Columbia SR&ED The British Columbia SR&ED tax credit is refundable at 10% of the qualified expenditure cap for CCPCs. Corporations which may or may not be part of partnerships living in British Columbia performing SR&ED are able to claim the BC SR&ED tax credit.

  5. Alberta SR&ED Alberta SR&ED is managed by the Alberta Ministry of Finance and Enterprise. Any corporation with a permanent set-up in Alberta involved in SR&ED activities is qualified for the federal SR&ED tax credit. It is refundable at 10% on up to $4 million in eligible expenditure.
