  3. Camille Edwards One of the most important things she learned from one of her bosses was “managing the end game.” What does that mean?

  4. Camille Edwards Camille Edwards says it’s knowing what you want the outcome to be at the end.

  5. Camille Edwards “Once you know the goal, then you can manage things to help you achieve that goal.” Then, you can do whatever it takes to get to the finish line or “the end game.”

  6. Camille Edwards By knowing this is your goal, it makes it easier to ignore things that can be distractions.

  7. Camille Edwards “I always remember this phrase when things get tough,” says Edwards. It helps keep you focused, so you don’t get off track.

  8. Camille Edwards “It will keep you from stressing out during stressful situations,” says Edwards. Just take a deep breath and exhale!
