  2. INSTRUCTIONS • SIT IN ONE LARGE CIRCLE • I WILL HAND OUT ONE CLUE TO EACH OF YOU • YOU MAY NOT PASS THE CLUE AROUND OR SHOW THEM TO ANYONE • YOU MAY NOT MOVE FROM YOUR SEAT • IT IS UP TO THE GROUP TO DECIDE HOW TO SOLVE THE MYSTERY • ALL SHARING OF CLUES MUST BE DONE VERBALLY

INSTRUCTIONS, CONT. • YOU MUST SOLVE THE MYSTERY BY ANSWERING THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: • Who was the MURDERER? • What was the murder WEAPON? • What TIME did the murder take place? • WHERE did the murder take place? • WHY did the murder take place? (MOTIVE) • ALL GROUP MEMBERS MUST AGREE ON ALL ANSWERS • I WILL ONLY TELL YOU IF YOU ARE CORRECT IF ALL FIVE ANSWERS ARE CORRECT (I WILL NOT TELL YOU WHICH IS/IS NOT CORRECT)

  4. IT’S ON! • LET’S SWEETEN THE DEAL: • The class that solves the mystery most quickly, out of ALL English 10 classes, will get extra credit! GO SCHUMACHER’S 6th PERIOD!

  7. QUESTIONS TO CONSIDEREach answer must be written in complete sentences—at least three (3)! REMEMBER, THESE SHOULD BE WRITTEN ON THE LEFT: • How did the leader of the group become the leader? • Was he/she the right person for the job? Explain why or why not. • Based on your scale of moral values (think about our Antigone rankings) who do you think would have been the best leader and why? • What frustrated you about this process? How did you react to those frustrations?
