The first addition I would like to discuss is important and that is SMILIES! The little, emotional yellow heads, which are amazing. I mean seriously, how can you even be in conversation with anybody online without smilies / emoticons? The answer is simple: it doesn't work. Therefore, it's one of the major improvements we've made.
