  1. Tinnitus Therapy - 7 Natural Tinnitus Treatments

  2. As we know, Chinese herbalists have been developing and using herbal cures for thousands of years. They've been using ginkgo for centuries as a natural tinnitus therapy, although only in the last 20 years or so has it been used in the West. Many clinical studies have shown the effectiveness of ginkgo biloba in improving and maintaining the health of the circulatory system and alleviating many conditions associated with the normal aging process. It takes a while to get going apparently, so if you try ginkgo, then make sure you use it consistently for weeks or even months.

  3. Common or garden rosemary is said to be great for improving the condition of blood vessels and acting as a general circulation tonic. It's also said to be a good all-round promoter of energy and well being. Since some studies show links between stress and tinnitus, it would makes sense that just feeling much better could help. Verbena is a perennial herb native to Europe. It has been used since antiquity as a herbal tea, and is said to be excellent for relieving tension, or, to put it somewhat more quaintly, it was "prescribed against over-enthusiasm! " As I said in the previous paragraph, there are links between stress and tinnitus, so here again is an ingredient for decreasing tension.

  4. Here's an interesting one - again, the Chinese have been using sesame seeds for ages. Side benefit is that sesame seeds make great tahini, and also halva, a well-known middle eastern dessert. Zinc-rich vegetables Eating zinc-rich vegetables may be of benefit as a tinnitus therapy, since the condition is linked with zinc deficiency. Spinach is by far and away the best, followed by asparagus, brussels sprouts and prunes. Interestingly enough, there's also a link between tinnitus and constipation, so that's maybe another reason to try prunes! https://www.mindyourheadyork.org/ring-ease-review
