  2. ingredients • 5 rovells d’ou (clara no) • 6 cullerades soperes de sucre • 1 litre de llet • Sobre potax • Canyella i una pela de llimona.

  3. Preparació • Separar els rovells d’ou de la clara.

  4. Barrejar els 5 rovells d’ou i el sucre.

  5. Barrejar una mica de llet amb el potax.

  6. Barrejar la llet amb els ous i el sucre.

  7. Posar la barreja de la llet i els ous a una cassola i remenar sense parar.

  8. Quan bulli la barreja de la llet i els ous afegim el potax, la canyella i la pela d’una llimona.

  9. Quant la crema sigui espessa empeltar en aquest bol.

  10. Per acabar cremem el sucre sobre la crema.

  12. Ingredients: • 5 egg yolks (not clear) • 6 tablespoons sugar • 1 liter of milk • about potax • Lemon peel and cinnamon.

  13. Preparation: • Separate the egg yolks from the clear.

  14. Mix the five egg yolks and sugar.

  15. Mix a little milk with potax.

  16. Mix the milk with the eggs and sugar.
