  6. New Initiatives • Amend 7 CFR353.8 • Require all Seed Health Testing Laboratories to be accredited • Work plan is being written up. • 18-24 months to complete.

  7. Treatment Monitoring Initiative • Allow private verification of export treatments of seed • Standards are still being worked out • 36 months to completion
