  3. SAFETY COMPATIBILITY CRITERIA • Footnotes to Table: • Compatibility of accessory or secondary uses shall be determined based on that use, and not based on the primary use (e.g. a chapel accessory to a cemetery shall be considered as a religious facility and not as a cemetery use). • Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – APZ I and Paddle to 7,800 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed twenty persons per acre of net lot area • Defined as the total lot area minus that part of the property dedicated to public right-of-way. • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than ten acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be twenty-five percent of the net lot area • 3. Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – APZ II and Center Paddle from 7,800 to 30,000 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed twenty persons per acre of net lot area1 • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than five acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be thirty percent of the net lot area • 4. Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – Center Paddle from 30,000 to 50,000 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed thirty persons per acre of net lot area1 • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than five acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be thirty percent of the net lot area • 5. Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – Side Paddle from 15,000 to 30,000 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed forty persons per acre of net lot area1 • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than five acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be forty percent of the net lot area • 6. Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – Side Paddle from 30,000 to 50,000 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed forty persons per acre of net lot area1 • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than 2.5 acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be fifty percent of the net lot area • Not including facilities that provide services directly to the public or places of public assembly; and not including facilities providing services that are critical for public health and safety (such as fire protection, police communications, sewage or water treatment, water storage, etc. • Below ground facilities only • Limited to row crops only, with no structures or live stock • NOTE: The width of the Center Paddle beyond the 15,000 foot threshold is 5,000 feet; the Side Paddle is the remaining area on either side of the Center Paddle between 15,000 and 50,000 feet.
