ISSUES ADDRESSED IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING WORKSHOP • Strengthening the professional status of pathologists through discussion of diagnoses on iPath. • Improving communication between various disciplines • Compensation for the lack of well trained experts by online consultations. • Online support after training in new methodologies • Residents’ training and CME through online case discussions

Onsite Activities: • Evaluation of local needs by onsite visits • Improvement of quality of preparations and introduction of simple diagnostic methods B. Online Activities: • Expert’s consultations (securing diagnosis before therapy) • Training and CME : Interactive online case discussions • Follow-up on quality of cytochemical stains • Systematic online training in interpretation of bone marrow aspirates Improvement of diagnosis within 6 months Costs: travel costs for consultants
