  3. Vietnamese domain name • Second level domain under “.vn” (IDN.cctld) • “Phở.vn”; “hộithảo.vn”. • Vietnamese language: • Latin-based. Most of vowels and consonants are in Alphabetical table. There are some accented characters like: Ă, Â, Đ; Ê… and Vietnamese accents (“?” “`” “.” “~” “’”). They make words become Vietnamese. • With same characters, words are different meaning with different accents. • “Thu.vn”; “thú.vn”; “thủ.vn”; “thụ.vn”; “thù.vn” are explicitly different in their means.
