  • to analyse the presentation features and content of websites
  • to show programmes or films on a ‘big screen’

The ‘conventional’ board
  • you can ‘create’ flipcharts in advance of the lesson
  • you can use as many pages as you like, returning to previous points for revision & reminders
  • you can move text around, hide it, annotate over it and use the kind of presentation features you would in a word document

  • you can use your PowerPoint presentation ‘interactively’
  • sound effects and animations add interest
  • students’ own presentations have more impact
