  2. The recent Toronto Raptors 2019 NBA championship win has been putting the city of Toronto in the spotlight over the last few weeks. The Toronto Raptors made history with their first ever NBA championship win over the Golden State Warriors. The Toronto Raptors are Canada’s only NBA basketball team and have been a part of Canadian sports for 24 years. A championship parade was held the following Monday, June 17 drawing in over 2 million visitors and fans. Toronto tourism is expected to continue spike over the summer months as fans and visitors all come to see what Toronto has to offer.   3. Air Canada Center The Air Canada Centre is the home of the Toronto Raptors. You can catch a game during the Raptors regular season from October to April. Tickets range between $20 and $200 Canadian. Tours of the Centre are also offered for fans. CN Tower Recognized as the symbol of Toronto, this towers reaches over 1,815ft high and attracts over 2 million visitors each year. The tower holds an observation deck, glass floor, and dining all inside the tower.
