This study explores pharmacodynamic approaches involving the preparation of radiolabeled nanoparticles for positron emission tomography (PET) studies, specifically focusing on [18F]FDG and [11C]PK11195 in the context of brain inflammation. Additionally, we examine UV spectra of methylene blue in the presence of ZnO nanoparticles and the characterization of TiOx nanoparticles under biologically relevant conditions. DLS imaging and catalytic activity assessments are included, alongside extensive pharmacokinetics studies related to these applications.
