Inaccurate Traffic Study Concerns at University

The university's estimates may be flawed as the traffic study did not track cars from Alexander to Elm Drive, invalidating their claims. The numbers seem arbitrary and Access Road transfers internal traffic to Alexander St., increasing congestion by the Transit Plaza.
