  3. 802.16m Closing Report-Vancouver • Plan for the week: • Resolve all SDD comments on basic PHY and MAC functionality (Sect. 8, 10, 11, 19) sufficient for ITU submission and evaluation (primary focus) • CompletedAll resolutions recorded in comment database 802.16m-09/13r3 • Resolve Amendment Working Document (AWD) comments • CompletedAll resolutions recorded in comment database 802.16m-09/0014r3 • Establish Drafting Groups to review new Amendment Contributions and, if possible, develop initial text • Completed • New Drafting Groups created on Handover and Power Conservation • Old Drafting Groups on MIMO, Channel Coding and HARQ, UL Control, DL Control, Synchronization • All DGs met and developed new text for incorporation into the AWD • All approved new text incorporated into comment database 802.16m-09/0014r3 • Resolve remaining SDD comments/CRs on “ancillary” areas • CompletedAll resolutions recorded in comment database 802.16m-09/13r3 • Reviewed Draft ITU-R IMT-Advanced Templates IEEE 802.16m-09/017
