  4. Expectations of Worshipper cont’d • Healthy home life • Confidentiality • Practice sound stewardship in every area of your life • Delegated Authority(be respectful & supportive as well as respected & supported) • Effective communications and healthy relations w/team members

  6. A Healthy Church makes for a Healthy Team • A worshipper will protect the unity of your ministry/relationships Unity in the church body is the essence, core, of how God intends for us to experience life together in his church Rick Warren, The Purpose Driven Life

Focus on what we have in common (Rm 14:19) No one can take your place/grace Be realistic in your expectations (Ep 4:2) Choose to encourage rather than criticize (Rm 14:4) Refuse to listen to gossip (Prov 20:19) Practice God’s method for conflict resolution (Matt 18:15-17) Support your pastors/leaders (Heb 13:17; I Thes 5:12-13) Protecting your church/team
