  6. Achievement Through Technology and Innovation (ATTAIN) • Replaces EETT program. • Maintains formula and competitive programs, but changes distribution to 40 percent competitive and 60 percent formula.

Achievement Through Technology and Innovation (ATTAIN) • Formula Grants • Minimum grant of $3,000 • Increases professional development from 25% to 40% of grant • Focus on local core academic priority needs • Competitive Grants • Systemic innovation and re-design • Priority to LEAs with school(s) in need of improvement

  14. Advocacy and Grassroots Strategies • Hold advocacy event at the state capital • Compile success stories • Invite policymaker to an event or to visit the school and showcase your successes and needs • Attend ISTE Advocacy Conferences
