  4. Strategic Enrollment Management Plan (SEM) • You need one. If you have one, look at it again • Seek the experience of experts at organizations like EAIE or AACRAO. They offer SEM conferences, webinars, and consulting • Your plan must reach across the entire University • Where do you want to go? Is your University best organized for where you want to go. Change if needed • Are you offering an innovative mix of programs? (Regular and short term, certificates)

  5. Internal Assessment and Branding: Know Your Institution -Assess the strengths of your institution: • What are your program strengths? • What are the structural strengths of your institution? Size, Location. • Who are your recruiters and who are they recruiting? How are they recruiting? • What makes your institution unique? • What are you offering? A picture is worth 1000 words • Should you translate material into another language?
