  3. Non-bid Capacity • Scheduled Obligation is the sum of the scheduled ENE, URS, and RRS of all QSE’s in ERCOT. • The data is average value for January 2005: 3,288

  4. Bid in & Non-bid percentage by QSE QSE’s have Wind resource or have Dynamic Schedule

  5. Distribution of Non-bid percentage 3.3% 1,240MW 2.5% 943MW 22.7% 8,590MW 34.7% 13,128MW 36.9% 13,968MW
