  2. Funnel Plots The following slides show the GB wide performance of Primes in each CPA for each PG. Being within the “funnel” means performance is about the same as the national average performance. Where two Primes in the same CPA have different performance rates, wider than the funnel, the difference is significant: this should help compare the impact on performance of local economy and Prime performance.
