  2. TAC Update from Nodal ATF Met June 23rd Had significant agenda items sent over from QMWG, WMS, & PRS.   3. TAC Update from Nodal ATF TSP Model Go Live Protocols call for 30 day and 10 day notice. ERCOT management looking for approval from TAC and Board this month – Asking TAC to consider a conditional notice, so can start 30 day, and by 10 day notice, NATF will have met several times. Trying to start 30 day clock soon. Several TSP Participants provided feedback to ERCOT regarding performance issues limiting their ability to get the Network Model updates according to the time line. ERCOT has high priority variances against the NMMS Vendor. ERCOT to provide whitepaper on Interim Updates to the Network Model. QSEs expressed concern that ERCOT compliance incentives for TSPs may negatively impact the quality of the Network Model used for CRRs, DAM, SCED in RT, and EMS. Outage Scheduler Go Live Presented 2 options for how to handle outages in Nodal Market Trials, bring them over from Zonal. A hybrid of the 2 options was recommended by NATF and ERCOT is bringing the write-up back to NATF on July 8th. Agenda Item 4 4. Nodal Go Live Update K. TAC Update from Nodal ATF NPRR207 - Unit Deselection (formerly “Hour Start Unit Deselection and Half Hour Start Unit RUC Clawback”) – Review of Draft Deselection Procedure (Possible Vote) With two abstentions from the Independent Power Marketer (IPM) and Independent Retail Electric Provider (IREP) Market Segments, NATF voted to endorse the Reliability Unit Commitment (RUC) desk procedure [relating to NPRR207] as revised by language provided by Luminant, Reliant Energy, and Topaz Power. NPRR had been tabled by TAC awaiting the Desk Procedure. NPRR240 - Proxy Energy Offer Curve (Possible Vote) Hearty discussion. IMM Mr Jones promised to make additional comments for WMS consideration. No Motion. NPRR220, Nodal Requirement of Declaring an EEA for Reserves More than 500 MW More discussion, no decision made, WMS will handle. Mr Blevins will facilitate w/ WMS. No motion. NPRR234, Resolution of Alignment Item A32, A147, A155, A159, and A187 - Clarify General Capacity Testing and Net Dependable Capability Withdrawn. Agenda Item 11 11. Certificates for non-participant entities.
