上傳 FTP 檔案命名規則. 如符合命名規則 -- 系統會自動做四件事. 系統把當前庫中同名的素材刪掉 系統把 zip 中的定稿文件 html ， NJX ， txt 轉換成純文字檔案存入相應永久庫 根據 期號年月日對照文件創建 排版文件目錄 系統把上傳的 zip 文件移入排版文件目錄 ﹕ 按期號 _ 年月日上傳 /taiwan/CurrentWeek/ 期號 _ 年月日. 檔案命名規則. 國家代碼 _ 期號 _ 版號 _ 版名 _ 編輯代碼 _xxxxx. 文件類型 1 請勿有空格， ( 請以「 _ 」間隔各域， xxxxx 部份可隨意 )﹔

  2. 如符合命名規則--系統會自動做四件事 • 系統把當前庫中同名的素材刪掉 • 系統把zip中的定稿文件html， NJX， txt轉換成純文字檔案存入相應永久庫 • 根據 期號年月日對照文件創建排版文件目錄 • 系統把上傳的zip文件移入排版文件目錄﹕按期號_年月日上傳 /taiwan/CurrentWeek/期號_年月日

  3. 檔案命名規則 • 國家代碼_期號_版號_版名_編輯代碼_xxxxx.文件類型 1 請勿有空格， (請以「_」間隔各域，xxxxx部份可隨意)﹔ 2 合法的國家代碼有﹕ tw， aus，cnd，eup，hk， jap，nzl，sgp，usa(全部小寫) 3 期號﹕可以是純數字也可以有字母，又各國自定﹔ 4 版號、版名、編輯代碼可自由定義 (最好避免再用「_」「─」，以免混淆) • (上傳重稿檢查文件，其實是沒有命名限制的，可以有空格等等任意形式，只要是txt，NJX，html三種文件格式即可，但上傳編輯好的定稿文件需要符合DJY文件命名規則，否則你需要手動做上述四件事)
