  5. Circumferentiel. Tilbage igen, læg suturen over, og stik den under.

  6. Circumferentiel. Og så videre, læg suturen over, og stik den under, igen og igen. Til du er 2/3 rundt om senen.

  7. Circumferentiel. Pas på ikke at stramme suturen for meget, så buler det hele, med tilpas ganske let stramning bliver suturstedet tydeligt glattere.
