SURFgroepen (SURFgroups) facilitates team collaboration • Create a Teamsite and invite team members. • Contact team/group members directly • Store/share documents and pictures. • Create to-do lists, a calendar en keep track of your projects. • Work on documents with the whole team (check in/check out documents) • Use the videoconferencing features SURFgroepen works on PC’s and Apple Mac computers.

  3. Steps • Create an Account at www.surfgroepen.nl • Log in at www.surfgroepen.nl • Click on your Teamsite (=Techgene) • Get started!

Getting started with Document Sharing • Online document storage and information management. • Share documents, images • Prepare documents with a team and edit documents (check in/check out system) • Task lists SURFnet uses Microsoft Sharepoint for this service. Document sharing can be accessed from any computer with a recent Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox web browser.
