  2. What Is Your Drug and What Does It Look Like? Crack cocaine is the crystal form of cocaine, normally comes in powder form. It comes in solid blocks or crystals, can come in various colors such as yellow, pale rose, and white. Crack is 75% - 100% pure so it is stronger.

  3. How Is It Used? -Crack is heated and smoked, it makes a cracking, popping sound -People use crack to fit in, escape, relax, experiment

  4. What Are The Effects? Long Term Effects: Crack lasts about fifteen minutes . -Increased heart rate The price is so low, that teens can buy it. -muscle spasms -convulsions -strokes -seizures -breathing failure -liver kidney and lung damage -tooth decay -mood disturbances Short Term Effects: -nausea -depression -hallucination of bugs under the skin -loss of appetite

  5. How Do You Get Access To This Drug? • When teens were surveyed, it showed that 55% percent of them started using crack from being pressured by their friends. Dealers will tell you that it will be fine and that there’s no harm in taking crack. They don’t care if the drug ruins your life, all they care about is getting paid.

  6. Is This Drug Legal? • Crack is the most powerful illegal drug. It stimulates key pleasure centers within the brain 49.8% of those arrested used crack in the past. Atlanta, Georgia 11.6% of those arrested used crack in the previous week. Honolulu, Hawaii
