  1. WHY IS TRAMADOL CONSIDERED THE STRONGEST DRUG TO TREAT PAIN? Tramadol belongs to a class of drugs called opioid pain-killers or opioid analgesics (also known as narcotic analgesics). Other examples of opioid drugs are Morphine, Fentanyl, Codeine, Oxycodone, etc. Opioid analgesics are considered to be the most effective pain killers and to understand why these certain drugs have earned this reputation, it is important to understand their working mechanism. Opioid drugs are great pain-relievers in the short-term because they bind to opioid receptors present on the surface of nerve cells in the brain and throughout the body. When this happens, the opioids block the pain signals sent from various parts of our body to the brain, thus relieving the pain and making you feel good. POTENTIAL RISKS & SIDE-EFFECTS The reason why opioids work so well is because they directly affect the working of the Central Nervous System (CNS) and the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS). However, this interference is a double-edged sword and can very easily have harmful effects. Tramadol side effects can range from mild to severe- dizziness, nausea, slow breathing, and constipation being the most common ones. In some cases, one may also develop a physical dependence on the drug which can lead to compulsive drug addiction and habit- forming. This happens due to the pleasurable feeling experienced after consuming these medicines. INSTRUCTIONS & DOSAGES Opioids must only be acquired after a doctor’s prescription and consultation. The dosage can be increased or decreased as needed later, depending on the body’s response to the drug. Opioids are available in the form of pills, capsules, liquid solutions, lozenges, and patches.

  2. Opioid drugs can be used effectively to treat moderate to severe pain but to help avoid side effects and complications and risks associated with addiction, it is important to use them under the strict supervision of a physician. It is important that you discuss with your doctor if you can take opioids with other prescribed or non- prescribed drugs. Combination therapy is a great way to treat severe pain as many times opioids by themselves may not be very effective in curing discomfort. BUYING TRAMADOL- DO’S AND DON’TS One can easily buy Tramadol on sale online or offline. Never buy the drug if its packaging is puffed up or damaged in any way. Before you buy Tramadol on sale, confirm that the online pharmacy isn’t using any illegal means to attract customers. Never orderTramadol cash on delivery if the pharmacy or website does not require a prescription. A genuine seller would never compromise on the health of its customers. To avoid damage while shipping, preferably buy Tramadol on sale from the same country that you are currently inhabiting. For example, if you live in the States, buy Tramadol USA to USA. Look out for any discrepancies found in the details or description of the medicine. Always compare the selling price of the drug from multiple sources. A huge price difference indicates that the drug is manufactured or being sold illegally.
