  8. Shareholders • Red Squirrel S.A.L Offshore Red Squirrel SAL (Offshore) is a Lebanese family owned, offshore Company established in August 2009 by Antoine El Khoury, and holds shares in many Agencies, Brokerages and TPA companies throughout the Middle East.

  9. Shareholders • Raya Holding Based in Cairo, Raya Holding was established in 1999 when 7 leading IT companies in Egypt decided to merge together to create the Middle East’s largest CIT company. Raya operates mainly in four lines of business, namely information technology, call center, and trade lines of businesses and smart building development. Along with its four lines of business, Raya Holding has recently expanded its portfolio by adding two new companies to its subsidiaries' list, namely OSTOOL for land and river transport and BariQ for plastic recycling and re-manufacturing. In 2005, the company got listed in the Egypt Stock Exchange (EGX). With over 3,000 employees, the group has branches in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, Algeria, Nigeria and USA and caters to a customer base located almost anywhere in the world.

Shareholders • Hazem Dawood Hazem began his career in the insurance sector in 1983, where he worked at Suez Canal Insurance Company as a Producer and as a Manager of producers group, Production control and Production Control Headquarter. He later went on to work for Allied Investors Insurance, holding the position of the Production and Branch Managing Director, where he spent 3 years, from 1995 to 1998, and played a key role in the success of the company. Following his work with Allied Investors Insurance, Hazem was appointed as the Vice President of Care Egypt Ltd. Consulting and Risk management (Member of Aon Network), where he was responsible for the production of business in Egypt. In addition to his executive effort, Hazem holds several lectures in sales techniques and participates in the preparation of well known training courses such as TEAM CO. and MEAG. Hazem received his Bachelor of Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University.

  11. Shareholders • Issa Asfour Prior to joining AAA, Issa spent 4 years working as the Head of the Marketing Department for Individual Life Business at Omnilife, Cyprus. Over the past 10 years, Issa has held a number of managerial and senior positions throughout his career in the insurance industry including his work at Sinco and UCA. Issa acquired several insurance licenses from the states of California and Georgia, in the USA, to conduct Life Assurance, Property and Casualty Business as both an agent and a broker.

  12. Shareholders • Fadi Arab Prior to joining AAA, Fadi worked as a Group Life Manager at Omnilife, a British life insurance company located in Cyprus; he also worked at E.F. Hutton, an American stock brokerage firm. In addition to acquiring several insurance licenses and a stock broker license. Fadi is a business graduate and acquired most of his Degrees from London.

Executive Board • Antoine El Khoury: Chairman Antoine started his career in the insurance business, working for many international insurance companies as a senior vice-president for the MENA region operating in Saudi Arabia from 1964 till 1986. With vast experience gained in the insurance industry throughout the Middle East and Arabian Gulf, in 1994 he was instrumental in the set-up and launching of Cumberland Insurance & Reinsurance Company SAL in Lebanon. Moreover, Antoine launched and managed several companies related to the insurance industry in Lebanon and the Arab world. Just some of the companies he managed include Insurance Companies, Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Companies and Underwriting Agencies, as well as TPA Companies and HMO.

  16. Executive Board • Hazem Dawood: Chief Executive Officer Hazem Dawood is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Allied Arab Assurance Brokerage. He is responsible for the business management of the firm in Egypt.   Hazem began his career in the insurance sector in 1983, where he worked at Suez Canal Insurance Company as a Producer and as a Manager of producers group, Production control and Production Control Headquarter.   17. Executive Board • Maurice El Kalaany: Chief Operating Officer Maurice El Kalaany is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Allied Arab Assurance Brokerage. He is responsible for all operations; production, supervision, marketing, profitability and sales. Coming from a family with strong insurance experience, Maurice held several managerial positions during his professional career in the insurance sector that spans over 12 years, starting as a Producer to reach top managerial positions. He worked at several distinguished companies such as FIDELITY Assurance & Reinsurance co.sal and ALICO (American Life Insurance Company). He also understood the importance of specialized training and provided it to all of the new recruits on the various insurance products. Maurice received several awards owing to his professional expertise and successful track record and has been invited to attend many international insurance conventions. Maurice received both a Bachelor and a Masters Degree in Business Management.
