Plans • Planning Assumptions • Fire related surge on hospital & pre-hospital systems will increase • Wildfires in SE US are limiting available mutual aid resources for suppression activities in Florida • Northeast winds 10-25 MPH, with gusts to 30 MPH; Chance of lighting induced wildfires in South Florida; Red Flag Warnings are in effect for North Florida • Frequent road closures on various roads in impacted area, including I-10/I-75; more road closures expected • Driving conditions remain dangerous in the effected areas; driving conditions can change rapidly. • Increased threat to residential area South and Southeast of the Bugaboo fire • Effects of drought may potentially impact fire suppression

Human Services • Current Situation • American Red Cross supporting responders in the areas of operation with feeding and hydration • Total assistance provided to date • Emergency Response Vehicles: 11 (currently 2) • Cumulative meals served: 6,859 • Hydration/Snacks: 12,917 • Shelter Operations • 1 Shelter OPEN in Columbia County (2) • 2 Shelters on Standby for Hamilton • VFW SR6 in Hamilton • Coliseum in Suwannee • Continue to monitor the shelter operations

Human Services • Current Situation • Monitoring Volunteer Agency Activities • Provided Forestry locations to direct 2 inquiriesforunsolicitedvolunteer services • Future Operations • Provide a state wide list of volunteer reception centers to direct volunteers inquiries • Collect data on Volunteer Teams available for smoke clean up (ESF 15) • Continue to monitor for possible Equine evacuation (ESF17) • Monitor the situation and maintain response levels as appropriate Up Next – Infrastructure
